Site Survey & Laser Measurements
Our senior carpenter and interior surveyor visit your site to record precision laser measurements of every wall, ceiling height, beam offset, and electrical plumbing outlet.
Site measurement data is digitized into architectural CAD elevation drawings.
2D Layouts, 3D Renders & Swatch Selection
We translate your spatial requirements into optimized floor layouts, ergonomic kitchen triangles, and realistic 3D visual concepts with physical material swatches.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with transparent pricing approved by the client.
Workshop Fabrication & Edge-Banding
To prevent on-site dust, carcases and modular units are built at our Tokarkhada workshop using calibrated plywood and computerized zero-joint edge-banding machines.
Clients are welcome to inspect their raw carcases at our Silvassa workshop.
On-Site Installation & 50-Point Quality Audit
Pre-fabricated units are delivered to your site for clean assembly, electrical lighting connections, hardware calibration, and a meticulous 50-point handover audit.
